In Reit im Winkl, a pic­tures­que cli­ma­tic spa and win­ter sports resort in Upper Bava­ria, south of Lake Chiem­see, an exclu­si­ve resi­den­ti­al buil­ding is being built, offe­ring space for a total of 12 con­do­mi­ni­ums.
